Luminous Fox Studio is a game studio operated by BARRAME PIRUN COMPANY LIMITED, based in Thailand.

This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile game, Habitat Blocks, and any related services or websites operated under Luminous Fox Studio.

We may collect the following types of information when you play Habitat Blocks:

• Gameplay progress and preferences stored on your device
• Usage, diagnostic, advertising, and app activity data associated with app or device identifiers
• Device and app information
• Purchase event information. Payments themselves are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play

We do not require you to create a player account or provide an email address, password, or social login to play Habitat Blocks. Gameplay progress is normally stored locally. If you use Player Data Transfer, a copy of your game progress and related transfer information is sent to Google Firebase.

Information collected is used to:

• Operate and improve the game experience
• Identify and fix bugs and crashes
• Understand gameplay patterns and performance
• Deliver optional rewarded ads, if you choose to watch them
• Process in-app purchases through the platform store

Habitat Blocks includes an optional Player Data Transfer feature. When you use this feature, information such as your Player ID, player-entered name, Firebase user identifier, device and app information, and a copy of your game progress is stored using Google Firebase. Information identifying the receiving game installation may also be recorded when a transfer is completed.

Transfer codes expire and can be used only once. After a successful transfer, local game data on the original device may be cleared. Transfer records may remain stored after a code expires, is used, or is cancelled. To request deletion of transfer-related personal data, contact us at [email protected]

Habitat Blocks uses third-party services to operate the game, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and Player Data Transfer
• Google AdMob — optional rewarded advertising
• Google User Messaging Platform — advertising consent and privacy choices
• Apple App Store and Google Play — purchases and store services

These providers process information according to their own privacy practices and may process data in countries where they operate.

Habitat Blocks offers optional in-app purchases and rewarded advertisements.

• In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not store your payment information
• Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose when to watch them

Where applicable, advertising privacy choices can be reviewed through the Privacy Choices option available in the game's Settings.

Habitat Blocks is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect any information associated with your use of Habitat Blocks. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Core game save progress is generally stored locally on your device. A copy of your save progress is transmitted to Google Firebase only when you choose to use Player Data Transfer.

Local game data remains on the player's device subject to the device and platform's storage and backup behavior. Transfer records may remain stored in Firebase after a transfer code is no longer active. Users may request deletion of transfer-related personal data by contacting us at [email protected].

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.
