These Terms of Service apply to Habitat Blocks and related services operated by Luminous Fox Studio, a game studio under BARRAME PIRUN COMPANY LIMITED.

By downloading, accessing, or playing Habitat Blocks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game or related services.

Habitat Blocks is a cozy mobile puzzle game about restoring wildlife sanctuaries, collecting creatures and habitat items, and progressing through relaxing puzzle challenges.

Features, content, availability, pricing, and services may change over time.

You may use Habitat Blocks for personal, lawful, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• You must not use the game in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• You must not attempt to cheat, exploit, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the game
• You must not misuse support channels or submit false or abusive reports

Habitat Blocks stores game progress locally on the player's device. The optional Player Data Transfer feature can be used to move supported game progress to another device. After a successful transfer, local game data on the original device may be cleared.

Store purchase records, refunds, and purchase restoration remain subject to the applicable platform store.

Please keep your device and platform account secure. We may not be able to recover lost progress if save data is deleted, corrupted, or unavailable.

Habitat Blocks may offer optional in-app purchases, such as premium currency, cosmetic items, or other digital content.

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform store
• We do not directly store or process your payment information
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made
• Digital items may not be transferable between platforms unless explicitly supported

Habitat Blocks may include optional rewarded advertisements.

• Rewarded ads are optional and shown only when you choose to watch them
• Rewards are granted only after a successful ad completion
• If an ad fails to load, is interrupted, or is not completed, the reward may not be granted
• Habitat Blocks does not use forced or interstitial advertisements.

We may update Habitat Blocks over time by adding, changing, balancing, or removing features, content, events, rewards, or services.

Some content may be limited-time, seasonal, cosmetic, or subject to availability. We may also adjust game balance, economy values, difficulty, rewards, or technical systems to improve the player experience.

Habitat Blocks, Luminous Fox Studio, related logos, artwork, characters, game design, UI, music, sound, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BARRAME PIRUN COMPANY LIMITED, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or use our game content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, unauthorized tools, exploits, or modified game clients
• Attempt to access systems, data, or services that you are not authorized to access
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the game or related services
• Use the game or support channels for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity

Habitat Blocks may use third-party services such as app stores, billing systems, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks, or platform services.

These services may have their own terms, policies, and data practices. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms.

Habitat Blocks and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We aim to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or OS version.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BARRAME PIRUN COMPANY LIMITED and Luminous Fox Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game or related services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
